After you sign up, our team will begin setting up your Suite for you and you will be notified when your Suite is ready for you to move in. 🥳 Our team does most of the setup process for you, so please allow 1-3 business days for them to complete this. Premium & Pro Business Suite Acknowledgements

There are some expenses that do not come from GBG, that may occur based on your Suite usage. You will have a Suite Wallet in your system that you can use to manage your account. Please see the potential expenses below.

DOMAIN & EMAIL: You will be able to purchase a new domain in your Suite, or connect an existing outside domain. If you purchase a new domain, it will cost around $23 a year with our domain provider. Your domain will be used for any sites you create, and for your branded email address you will use with your Suite. For Premium members, we will create a "no-reply" email address with your domain, that will be used with automations. Pro members will be able to use their branded email address for 2-way communication in their Suite. *

COMMUNICATION CREDITS: Our communication provider does require communication credits that are less than a penny per message/credit. Those charges do not come from GBG, so you will be able to manage these credits in your Suite Wallet. Pro members can setup a Phone Number to use with your Suite. The Phone Company charges a monthly Compliance fee to protect your phone number and help with deliverability. This adds up to about $13 a month that will come out of your Suite Wallet. *

ADDITIONAL INTEGRATIONS & AI USAGE: Your Suite has many integration & AI capabilities that you can utilize. Some integrations may charge small fees for their usage. The tool will inform you if there are fees before you connect or use it. All AI tools charge small fees per usage (usually a few cents per transaction). These charges do not come from GBG so you can manage them in your Suite Wallet. *
